Reset EDGAR Password Prior to Expiration

  1. Access EDGAR. (https://www.edgarfiling.sec.gov/Welcome/EDGARLogin.htm)
  1. Login with your CIK and current Password
  1. Click “Retrieve/Edit Data”.
Where to retrieve EDGAR data
  1. Login with your CIK and CCC.
  1. Click “Change Company Password or CCC”
  1. Click “Change Password”
  1. Enter the required information
    1. Old Password – is the current password.
    2. New Password – must be twelve characters long with one special character (@,#,$,*) and one digit (0-9).
    3. PMAC – Password Modification Authorization Code
  1. Click “Change Password”
