Our operations facilities are considered zero-waste, with more than 90% of our total waste being recycled.
Our largest operations facility generates 25% of its annual electrical usage, over 2.1 million kWh’s, from it’s roof-top solar field. In the summer months, nearly 100% of the electricity utilized by the facility is generated by solar, reducing the draw during peak usage periods.
In 2025, the solar field produced enough electricity to offset 1.3 million pounds of CO2 – the equivalent of planting 14,036 trees.

Governance
The Toppan Merrill Enterprise Risk Management Committee (“the ERM Committee”) assists the organization in achieving our Toppan Merrill Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) vision.
The ERM serves to help Toppan Merrill through corporate governance oversight responsibilities, with regard to the identification, evaluation and mitigation of strategic, operational, and external environmental risks.
