With over 20 years of industry experience in SEC EDGAR filings, Eva supports and advises clients on how to get their EDGAR filings right. Part of a Toppan Merrill team of EDGAR experts who provide practical compliance expertise in a variety of subjects, Eva focuses on the EDGAR technical impact of SEC rulemaking. Developing and implementing new EDGAR filing processes and helping EDGAR filers connect the gap between SEC regulatory changes and their technical impact. She has a particular focus on the client experience for Filing Fee Exhibits and XML Forms (e.g., Section 16, Schedule 13D and Schedule 13G, Form D, 13F, N-PX, Form 144, Regulation A, etc.) including an in-depth knowledge of each form type as well as client training and support.
